Libya
Libya is a North African country with a rich history rooted in ancient civilizations like the Phoenicians and Romans, followed by centuries of Arab and Ottoman influence. In the modern era, it was an Italian colony before gaining independence in 1951, later becoming known for Muammar Gaddafi’s lengthy rule from 1969 until the 2011 revolution. The country is home to UNESCO World Heritage sites, such as the ancient Greek city of Cyrene and the Roman ruins of Leptis Magna.
Algeria
Algeria is a North African country with a rich history shaped by ancient Berber kingdoms, Roman rule, and centuries as a center of Ottoman influence. It gained independence from France in 1962 after a prolonged and brutal war of liberation. The nation’s cultural heritage is a diverse blend of Amazigh (Berber), Arab, and Mediterranean influences, visible in its historic sites, music, and traditions.
International Travel Committee
The International Travel Committee is not a widely recognized historical or cultural site, but rather an organizational body. Such committees are typically formed by governments or industry groups to oversee and promote tourism, travel policies, and international visitor exchanges. Their history is generally administrative, focusing on facilitating travel and fostering economic and cultural connections between countries.
Ministry of Youth
The Ministry of Youth is a government department typically responsible for developing and implementing policies related to young people, including education, employment, sports, and civic engagement. Such ministries were widely established in the 20th century as nations recognized the importance of investing in and empowering their youth populations for national development.
2025 program
The 2025 program refers to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, a strategic framework launched in 2016 to reduce the nation’s dependence on oil and diversify its economy. It aims to develop public service sectors and build a vibrant society by the target year of 2030, with 2025 serving as a key mid-point milestone for its various initiatives.
