Fury said on Instagram: “2026 is the year. The Mac is back. I’ve been away for a while, but I’m back now. I’m 37 years old and I’m still throwing punches. There’s nothing better than punching men in the face and getting paid for it.”
Fury announced his retirement from boxing after his victory over Dillian Whyte in April 2022, before returning later that same year. During his boxing career, Tyson Fury has fought 37 bouts, winning 34 of them.
