US President Donald Trump has signed an executive order threatening to impose additional tariffs on countries that sell oil to Cuba.
The decree issued on Thursday stipulates that additional duties may be imposed on imports of goods from foreign countries that “sell or supply oil to Cuba, directly or indirectly.”
