The final stage of the Libyan Volleyball League is set to begin next Thursday. It will be held at the Tripoli Grand Hall from the 5th until the 15th of this month.

The technical meeting preceding the competitions will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, at the meeting hall of the Olympic Committee in Tripoli, with representatives from the teams qualified for the final stage in attendance.

Qualifying from Zone One for the final stage were the clubs: Al-Ahli Benghazi, Al-Hilal, and Al-Nasr. From Zone Two, the clubs Al-Swehli, Al-Ittihad Misrata, and Al-Afriqi Zliten qualified. From Zone Three, the qualifying clubs were Al-Ahli Tripoli, Al-Ittihad, and Al-Jazira.

Libyan Volleyball League

The Libyan Volleyball League is the top professional volleyball competition in Libya, organized by the Libyan Volleyball Federation. It was established to promote the sport nationally and has faced disruptions due to the country’s political instability and conflict since the 2011 civil war. Despite these challenges, the league continues to operate intermittently, featuring clubs from major cities like Tripoli and Benghazi.
