The national sailing team in the Techno 293 class concluded its participation in the Tunisia Friendly Championship, finishing in fourth place.
The national team participated in the competitions with athletes Zakaria Al-Idrisi and Saleh Abusahmain, under the guidance of their coach, who is working to raise the technical readiness of the players and achieve the best possible performance in preparation for participation in the African Youth Olympics, to be held early next year in Senegal.
Techno 293
The Techno 293 is an international class for youth windsurfing, governed by World Sailing. It was developed from the original Mistral One Design class to provide accessible and standardized equipment for young competitors worldwide. The class facilitates global championships and is a key pathway in the sport’s development system.
