The national judo team will begin its participation in the Africa Open Championship tomorrow, Friday. The tournament is being held in Tunisia from February 13th to the 15th of this month.

The national team is participating in the championship with 6 athletes: Yassin Al-Qarmali, Mu’taz Al-Farouj, Abdullah Al-Markhi, Abdulmomen Sager, Khalifa Ali, and Mohammed Al-Quwairee.

The championship will continue over two days and is being held at the Rades Multi-Purpose Hall, with participation from more than 33 countries.

Africa Open Championship

The Africa Open Championship is a professional golf tournament that was part of the Sunshine Tour in South Africa and the European Tour, first held in 2008. It was typically hosted at the East London Golf Club and aimed to showcase top-tier golf talent from across the African continent and beyond.

Rades Multi-Purpose Hall

The Rades Multi-Purpose Hall is a large indoor arena located in Rades, Tunisia, near the capital Tunis. It was constructed to host the 2005 World Men’s Handball Championship and has since become a major venue for a wide variety of sporting events, concerts, and cultural gatherings in the country.
