Tripoli, February 3, 2026 – The Attorney General, Al-Siddiq Al-Sour, met on Tuesday with the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General, Hannah Tetteh, and her deputy, Stephanie Khoury.

According to a post published on the mission’s official page, Tetteh and Khoury discussed with Al-Sour the importance of efforts to preserve the unity of the judicial system, ensuring a credible constitutional judicial framework that enjoys independence, certainty, and the people’s trust.

The discussions also addressed anti-corruption efforts and their importance in strengthening state institutions and meeting the needs of the Libyan people, which are fundamental to achieving stability in Libya.
