The first novels by two actors will be released in their French translations in early 2026, with the first honoring the world of cinema, while the second delves into the realm of science fiction.
In the book “The Birth of a Cinematic Masterpiece” (published by Éditions du Seuil), which will become available in French bookstores starting January 16th after its original release in 2023, the story details the extraordinary filming of a big-budget superhero movie.
The publisher stated that the actor, famous for roles in “Forrest Gump” and “Apollo 13,” offers “an inside look at the immense effort required to produce a film.”
Meanwhile, the Canadian actor added the title of novelist to his roles as actor, director, and musician, through his novel “A Book from Another World,” co-written with a British novelist.
