The exchange rate of the US dollar saw a new increase against the Libyan dinar at the close of trading this Monday in the parallel market, recording varying levels in a number of cities.
In Tripoli, the price reached 8.96 dinars at the Al-Mashir currency market, while in Benghazi it was recorded at 8.94 dinars at the Venice market. In Zliten and Misrata, it stabilized at 8.95 dinars.
In the realm of financial instrument and money order trading, the dollar rose noticeably to reach 10.43 dinars compared to 10.13 dinars at the start of trading, reflecting a clear increase in demand for these financial tools.
US dollar
