The capital, Tripoli, hosted a distinguished ceremony for the distribution of the Libyan Lebda Sports Awards, where a constellation of prominent players were honored, along with a number of media professionals, artists, and businessmen who contributed to supporting and promoting the sports movement.

During the ceremony, the winners of the Lebda Awards for the 2024-2025 sports season were announced. Hamdou Al-Houni won the award for Best Player, and Moaid Al-Lafi won the award for Best Playmaker.

The award for Best Goalkeeper went to Ayman Al-Tihar, the award for Best Striker went to Ezz El-Din Al-Marimi, the award for Best Defender went to Fadhel Salama, the award for Best Professional Player went to Ali Youssef, the award for Best Midfielder went to Mahmoud Al-Shalwi, the award for Best Rising Player went to Bashir Al-Habishi, and the award for Best Rising Goalkeeper went to Mohammed Ayyad.

The award for Best Libyan Coach went to Fouad Shaqwara, Moaid Al-Idrisi received the award for Best Program Presenter, Hussein Al-Abeidi won the award for Best Sports Commentator, Mohammed Al-Mashai received the award for Best Club President, and Abdulwahid Harouda won the award for Best Referee.

Tripoli
