Tripoli – The National Commercial Bank has announced an extension of working hours at all its branches and agencies until 5:30 PM daily, starting from Wednesday until next Monday, February 16, 2026. This is in line with the instructions from the Central Bank of Libya aimed at increasing working hours during the current period.

The bank confirmed the continued distribution of cash liquidity through its branches, noting that ATM machines will operate 24 hours a day in various Libyan cities to meet customer needs.

The bank explained, in a statement on its Facebook page, that the goal of this extension is to facilitate cash withdrawal operations and enable customers to obtain liquidity easily.

In the same context, the Central Bank of Libya has begun sending shipments of cash liquidity to commercial banks in a number of regions to cover the increasing needs as the holy month of Ramadan approaches.

Tripoli

Tripoli is the capital and largest city of Libya, located on the country’s Mediterranean coast.
