Tripoli – January 5, 2025 – The Acting Minister of Local Government discussed efforts to develop the performance and enhance the operational and technical readiness of the Local Communication Center (1415) during a meeting held on Monday.

The meeting reviewed mechanisms to strengthen the center’s role in receiving and processing citizen reports, improving response speed and service quality, as well as examining the essential needs to support the center’s daily operational efficiency.

The minister emphasized that the Local Communication Center 1415 is a strategic pillar in the ministry’s institutional communication system and an effective tool for promoting transparency, improving service performance, and supporting the development path of local administration to directly serve citizens.
