The Ministry of Economy states that prices of some basic goods have dropped by more than 30% following a government campaign to regulate the market.

The decline is part of a gradual correction process without imposing fixed prices.

The drop is now being felt by consumers, with some goods costing over 30% less than they did on January 5th.

The campaign will continue nationwide, in accordance with the prime minister’s instructions, and will be carried out under existing laws. Authorities are closely monitoring import credit lists for each product and trader to enhance transparency and market stability.
