Audit Bureau

The Audit Bureau is an independent government institution responsible for overseeing and auditing public finances to ensure transparency and accountability. Its history typically traces back to the establishment of modern state financial administration, often modeled after similar supreme audit institutions found worldwide.

Presidential Council

The Presidential Council is a governing body often established in countries during transitional periods or political crises, where executive authority is shared among multiple leaders rather than vested in a single president. Historically, such councils have been formed to ensure broader representation and stability, such as in Libya following the 2011 uprising or in Yemen during political negotiations.
