The two-day course, held at the Social Council Hall in Souq Al-Jumaa and the Four Districts, saw broad participation from referees across various regions of Libya. The latest amendments and approved rules for 2026 were reviewed, alongside theoretical lectures and practical applications aimed at elevating the standard of Libyan refereeing.
International Referees Course

Libyan General Karate Federation

Four Districts
“Four Districts” typically refers to the historic core of Beijing, China, consisting of Dongcheng, Xicheng, Chongwen, and Xuanwu districts. These areas formed the heart of the imperial capital during the Ming and Qing dynasties, containing landmarks like the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. In 2010, Chongwen and Xuanwu were merged into Dongcheng and Xicheng, respectively, reducing the administrative number but preserving their rich historical and cultural significance.
Libya
