Tripoli, January 22, 2026 – The Minister of Justice of the Government of National Unity discussed on Thursday with the Maltese Ambassador to Libya ways to activate the prisoner exchange agreement signed between the two countries.

The meeting also reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them, as well as strengthening cooperation in the fields of training and capacity building for ministry staff and its affiliated bodies.
