Ubari – February 19, 2026 – The Ubari Food and Drug Control Office, in cooperation with the Ubari Municipal Guard patrols, organized a wide-ranging inspection campaign on Thursday targeting butcher shops and stores selling foodstuffs, vegetables, and fruits.
The Food and Drug Control Center stated that this campaign aims to verify the extent of compliance with health requirements and standard specifications, and to check the validity of the displayed goods for human consumption.
It explained that the campaign resulted in the confiscation of food items that do not meet specifications, with all necessary legal and administrative measures taken against violators by the Municipal Guard apparatus.
