Al-Ahli Tripoli defeated Al-Malabi Libyan with a score of three goals to one in the match held between them on Wednesday evening at the Artificial River Stadium in Tripoli, during the third round of Group One matches in the Libyan Premier Football League.

Al-Ahli Tripoli clearly dominated the course of the match despite the absence of several key players from the team.

The goals for Al-Ahli Tripoli were scored by Azzu Al-Marimi with two goals and Ghaylan Al-Shaalani with one goal, while Calvin scored the goal for Al-Malabi Libyan. With this victory, Al-Ahli Tripoli leads the standings of Group One teams with seven points, ahead on goal difference from Al-Swehli and Al-Dhahra, who have the same points tally, while Al-Malabi Libyan’s points stopped at four.

At the Benina Martyrs Stadium in Benghazi, Al-Hilal defeated Al-Burouq with two goals to one, allowing Al-Hilal to take sole lead of Group Three with seven points, while Al-Burouq’s points tally remains at one.
