British boxer Tyson Fury is scheduled to return to the ring in his home country on April 11, when he will face former world heavyweight champion, Russian Arslanbek Makhmudov.
Fury (37 years old) announced his retirement early last year, but hinted at a comeback before confirming this month that he will return from retirement to fight for the first time since his loss to Oleksandr Usyk in December 2024. The venue for the fight will be announced later.

Fury said: “I am excited to return. My heart has always been, and will always be, in boxing. Someone go tell the king that the champion is back.”
For his part, Canada-based Makhmudov bolstered his standing after dominating British boxer Dave Allen in his last fight. Makhmudov said: “I am extremely excited for this opportunity. It will be a fierce fight. Tyson Fury is a great champion, and I will be more ready than ever to secure a crushing victory.”
