The National Oil Corporation has announced figures regarding Libya’s consumption of natural gas, crude oil, and diesel over the past 24 hours, with total natural gas consumption reaching 1.082 billion cubic feet.
According to the statistics, the General Electricity Company of Libya consumed 917.19 million cubic feet of natural gas, in addition to 16,617 barrels of crude oil and 9,009 metric tons of diesel to operate power generation plants.
The data also showed that cement plants consumed 85.27 million cubic feet of natural gas, while iron and steel plants and other industries used 73.086 million cubic feet. Other sectors consumed 7.14 million cubic feet during the same period.
