Al-Marj, January 30, 2026 – Technicians and engineers from the Medium Voltage Lines and Maintenance Departments in Benghazi successfully repaired a fault that occurred on the 66 kV power line feeding the Sidi Bouzid station south of Al-Marj city and restored its operation this Friday morning.

The fault had occurred in the supply area for a number of regions extending from Al-Marj to Al-Abyar, including residential, agricultural areas, and water springs.

Immediately after the fault occurred, maintenance teams began work to repair it and restore electrical supply to citizens, ensuring the stability and continuity of the network in a safe and reliable manner.
