Although the 2029 Winter Games were originally scheduled to be held in the city of Neom in Saudi Arabia, they were postponed last month. This came after it appeared that Riyadh would be delayed in delivering the ski resort as part of its massive project, raising the possibility of postponing the hosting by four years from the scheduled date.
