Ali Qana House announced that the launch of the “Libyan Film Festival” in its first edition will take place on December 26 and 27, 2025, at its headquarters in Janzur, with the participation of a number of filmmakers and those interested in cinema.
The festival aims to provide a cultural space that brings together filmmakers and cinema enthusiasts, highlighting the diversity of Libyan stories and their visual experiences, in addition to opening a serious dialogue about the reality and future prospects of the film industry in Libya.
The festival’s program includes a series of film screenings and discussion sessions that seek to enhance interaction between the audience and specialists, and encourage cultural and artistic debate about Libyan cinema.
