Tripoli, February 10, 2026 – The Minister of Transport and Financial Advisor to the President of the Government of National Unity, Mohamed Al-Shahoubi, held a meeting that included the Chairman of the Board of the National Oil Corporation, Masoud Suleiman, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Trade, Suhail Bushiha, to discuss the corporation’s budget.

The meeting was dedicated to reviewing the operational budget file of the National Oil Corporation for the year 2026, as it is one of the vital files related to the sustainability of the oil sector.

The meeting also reviewed, according to the government platform, the approved expenditure items for 2025 and discussed proposals for expenditure items for the 2026 fiscal year.
