Benghazi

Al-Ahli Benghazi Club officially announced the signing of a Moroccan technical staff to oversee the first football team, led by head coach Reda Hakam, during a press conference held yesterday, Sunday, at the club’s headquarters in the Qaryounis area.

The conference featured the introduction of the new technical staff who will lead the team in the Libyan Premier League competitions, succeeding the Egyptian coach Tariq Mustafa and his assistants, whose contracts were terminated by the club earlier due to the team’s declining results in the recent period.

During the meeting, the club’s board of directors also outlined the vision for the next phase, which focuses on rebuilding the sports foundation, developing infrastructure, enhancing the investment aspect, in addition to presenting a future action plan aimed at meeting the aspirations of Al-Ahli Benghazi fans and striving to improve results and compete for titles.

The club’s management had announced earlier yesterday, Sunday, the appointment of a new technical staff to lead the first team, as part of its efforts to reorganize the technical situation with the start of the team’s journey in the Libyan Premier Football League.

According to what was published by Al-Ahli Benghazi Club on its official page on ‘Facebook’, the technical staff, alongside Reda Hakam, includes Mohamed Ben Masoud as general coach, Alaa El Alami as performance analyst, Mohamed Zaidin as fitness coach, in addition to Mohamed Haji as a rehabilitation specialist.
