The President of the European Council announced that EU leaders reached an agreement during their summit in Brussels on Thursday night into Friday to provide 90 billion euros in support to Ukraine over the next two years.

The President of the European Council stated in a post on the platform ‘X’: “We have reached an agreement,” adding: “A decision has been approved to provide 90 billion euros in support to Ukraine for the period 2026-2027.”

European Union

The European Union (EU) is a political and economic union of 27 European countries, established after World War II to foster economic cooperation and prevent future conflict.
