July 28, 2026 – The team of Khadija al-Kubra School in the city of Al-Khums won the title of the Libyan Five-a-Side Football Championship, hosted by the city of Gharyan and lasting for a week, with the participation of a number of schools from across Libya.

The team’s coronation came after a distinguished run in the tournament, during which they presented remarkable technical levels and a high competitive spirit, securing the title with merit and worthiness.

Upon the delegation’s return to the city of Al-Khums, the team received a spontaneous public welcome in celebration of this sporting achievement, amid an atmosphere of pride and honor, in a scene that reflected the team’s status and the success it achieved.

This title is considered a new achievement added to the record of Khadija al-Kubra School in Al-Khums, embodying the fruits of hard work and team spirit, with wishes for more successes and championships in future competitions.
