Tripoli – The National Commercial Bank announced the return of its call center services on the number (1501) to normal operation, following the resolution of a technical malfunction that occurred with the telecommunications service provider. The bank confirmed its commitment to continuing to provide services to its customers, thanking them for their understanding and cooperation during the service interruption.

The bank clarified that the customer service center receives calls and answers inquiries via the number (1501), according to the specified schedule during the month of Ramadan. It operates on Saturdays from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM, and from Sunday to Thursday in two shifts: the first from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM, and the second from 10:00 PM until 12:00 midnight.

The bank confirmed that this step comes as part of its commitment to providing effective and secure communication channels with its clients, ensuring prompt response and necessary support.
