In the first group, two matches are held at 11:00 PM, with Al-Sabah visiting Al-Libi at Al-Nahr Stadium in Tripoli. Both teams enter the match with 11 points each.

In the third group, two matches are held at 10:30 PM, where Al-Suqoor, with four points, meets Al-Taawon, which has 14 points, at Derna City Stadium.
