Tripoli – February 12, 2026 – The President of the High Council of State received a delegation today, Thursday, at the Council’s headquarters in Tripoli. The delegation included the municipal council members from the city of Kikla, accompanied by the Mayor of Kikla.

According to the Council’s media office, the meeting reviewed the city’s conditions and its service needs, with a focus on health and education, as well as water and electricity problems, aiming to serve the citizens and improve the level of services. Additionally, the file of the displaced persons and the mechanism for settling their status were discussed, based on clear and fair frameworks that ensure the preservation of rights.
