Gold prices in Egypt stabilized during trading on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at the same levels recorded at the end of the previous week, amid calm buying and selling activity and stable global prices as investors await developments in US monetary policy.

The price of a gram of 21-carat gold, the most traded in the Egyptian market, remained unchanged, coinciding with the stability of other carats, amid a balance between supply and demand and the absence of strong catalysts to push prices up or down.

Gold Prices in Egypt Today:

24-carat gold price: 7629 pounds

21-carat gold price: 6675 pounds

18-carat gold price: 5721 pounds

Gold pound price: 53400 pounds

Dealers in the gold market are awaiting any new movements in the global price per ounce, along with changes in the dollar exchange rate, as these are the two most influential factors on the direction of local gold prices in the coming period.
