On Monday evening, the General Authority for Cinema, Theater, and Arts hosted director Abdullah Al-Zarrouk as part of the specialized workshop activities organized by the center at the Jamal Al-Din Al-Miladi Institute.
The session was managed by a theater artist as part of the workshop program, which aims to introduce trainees to the experiences of a number of professionals working in the fields of theater and cinema in Libya.
The meeting covered the career of director Abdullah Al-Zarrouk in theater and television work, discussing a number of productions he contributed to directing and his role in the field of artistic direction.
The discussion also focused on the topic of outdoor performances, which is the main theme of the workshop. Al-Zarrouk provided an explanation of his experience with this type of performance, spoke about methods for dealing with open spaces, and discussed techniques for organizing theatrical performances outside of enclosed halls.
The session included interventions and questions from the trainees, during which a number of practical aspects related to the workshop were discussed, all within the framework of the training program approved by the Authority.
