Tripoli – Turkish Airlines announced on Saturday the cancellation of its scheduled flight from Mitiga International Airport to Istanbul, following an incident where one of its aircraft collided with equipment inside the airport.
The company clarified that the accident occurred during preparations for takeoff, necessitating the cancellation of the flight to ensure the safety of passengers and crew. It confirmed that maintenance teams immediately began procedures for technical inspection and assessment of the aircraft.
