Tripoli, January 22, 2026 – The Development Bank signed an investment partnership agreement with the National Investment Holding Company in Tripoli on Thursday, to contribute to the operation and development of the Al-Manahij Company for Printing and Publishing.
The Development Bank stated in a release that the agreement aims to localize the printing of school textbooks, educational materials, and other publications within the country. This will contribute to supporting the stability of the educational process, enhancing reliance on national capabilities, and improving production quality according to approved standards.
