French club Nantes has announced the signing of our national team player Ali Youssef from Tunisian club Club Africain, after a season and a half for the Libyan international in the Tunisian league.

The transfer of Ali Youssef was officially confirmed after days of negotiations between his Tunisian club and officials from French club Nantes, with no official confirmation on the value of the deal, which according to some Tunisian sources cost half a million euros.

Through a video published on his official Facebook page, Ali Youssef expressed his great happiness at achieving his childhood dream of playing professionally in European stadiums.

He thanked the fans of Tunisian club Club Africain for their great support throughout the period he played with the Tunisian team.

Nantes currently occupies 16th place in the French league, with fourteen points collected from eighteen matches.
