Tripoli | January 18, 2026 – The head of the Audit Bureau met today with a delegation from the Turkish Court of Accounts, which included experts specialized in the fields of information technology, data analysis, and artificial intelligence.
The meeting emphasized the importance of implementing the terms of the agreement signed between the two sides, enhancing technical cooperation, and exchanging expertise. This is expected to contribute to the development of digital infrastructure and improve the institutional performance efficiency of the Bureau.
Following the meeting, a session was held bringing together the work teams from the Audit Bureau’s Information Technology Office with the Turkish experts. This step comes as part of the Libyan Audit Bureau’s efforts to enhance digital transformation and adopt international best practices in the areas of oversight using modern technologies, data analysis, and artificial intelligence.
