World Cup

The FIFA World Cup is an international football tournament first held in 1930 in Uruguay. Organized by FIFA, it is held every four years and has grown into one of the most widely viewed and followed sporting events in the world.

Bahrain

Bahrain is an island nation in the Persian Gulf with a history dating back over 4,000 years, once the heart of the ancient Dilmun civilization. It is known for its traditional pearl diving heritage and modern transformation into a financial hub, with landmarks like the Bahrain Fort (Qal’at al-Bahrain), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, showcasing its layered history.

Manama

Manama is the capital and largest city of Bahrain, located on the northeastern coast of the Persian Gulf. Historically a center of trade and pearling, it grew from a small port into a modern financial hub following the discovery of oil in the 20th century. The city is home to historic sites like the Bahrain Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site dating back to the Dilmun civilization.
