Tripoli, January 10, 2025 – The Brega Oil Marketing Company reassured citizens that gasoline is available in sufficient quantities and that there is no truth to any supply crisis, confirming that supply operations for distribution companies are proceeding normally and regularly.
The company stated in a release that the tanker (Kriti Admiral) is currently docked at the Tripoli Sea Port with a load of 35 million liters, of which more than 7.4 million liters have already been distributed.
The company added in its statement that the tanker (HAFNIA AMESSI) is preparing to enter the port of Benghazi tonight to unload a shipment of 30,000 metric tons, in addition to other tankers en route to Tripoli and Zawiya.
The company urged distribution companies to ensure that their affiliated stations, which have received their allocated quantities, are able to supply citizens with their fuel needs to alleviate congestion at some stations.
The company reaffirmed that carrier movements will continue according to the established schedules, calling on citizens to be assured that fuel is available in a manner that meets everyone’s needs.
