January 9, 2026 – Firefighting teams from the National Safety Authority managed to control a fire that broke out in a perfume shop in the Ghout Al-Shalal area on Friday.

The National Safety Authority explained that its main communications room received a report about the incident in the morning, prompting the firefighting team from the “Ghout Al-Shalal” unit to rush directly to the site.

The authority added that thanks to the rapid and highly professional response, firefighters succeeded in containing and extinguishing the flames in record time, preventing the fire from spreading to neighboring buildings. It was confirmed that no human injuries were recorded.
