Thanks to this achievement, Al Ahli participated in the World Club Championship held in Singapore, where the representative of Libyan and African basketball secured the bronze medal. The team adorned itself with this medal, capping off a remarkable year for Al Ahli basketball in its international participation.
For its part, Al Suwayhili experienced a year full of achievements in volleyball. During this year, it was crowned league champion and added a significant, historic achievement for the sport in Libya by winning the African Clubs Championship. Thanks to this title, it participated in the World Club Championship held this month in Brazil.
