The Libyan Paralympic Committee held a preparatory meeting at its headquarters on Sunday, as part of the final preparations for the Festival of Excellence, Creativity, and Loyalty to the Nation. The festival is scheduled to be held tomorrow, Tuesday, at the Corinthia Hotel, starting at 10:00 AM, with the program continuing until 1:00 PM.

The festival is being organized in cooperation with the Association of Creative Institutions of Libya. This step aims to highlight models of creativity and excellence, instill the values of loyalty to the nation, and enhance community partnership in supporting people with disabilities and outstanding talents.

The festival program will begin with an official opening that includes the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, the playing of the national anthem, and speeches. The goals and national and humanitarian messages of the festival will be presented.

The program also includes a number of diverse segments, among them a documentary film screening about independence, in addition to a special documentary about the international swimmer Numan Fulful, highlighting his sports career and achievements. The program will also feature theatrical performances reflecting the values of giving, challenge, and creativity.

The festival will conclude with a bazaar organized by the Association of Creative Institutions of Libya, as part of supporting community initiatives and encouraging local industries and products.

This festival is part of the programs of the Libyan Paralympic Committee aimed at enhancing the role of Paralympic sports in society and celebrating honorable models that represent the spirit of determination and loyalty to the nation, in an atmosphere that combines creativity, culture, and sports.
