TRIPOLI, December 28, 2025 – Final exams for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year for transfer students began this Sunday morning in education directorates across the country.

The Ministry of Education of the Government of National Unity clarified that these exams will continue until the sixth of next January, according to the approved plan.

Transfer students in the basic, secondary, and religious education stages are taking their exams within their educational institutions in both the public and private sectors, under the supervision of examination committees formed within the schools.

In another context, students completing the basic and secondary education certificate stages continue to take their first-period exams, which began last Sunday, December 21.

The Ministry of Education emphasized the necessity of full compliance with the approved examination controls and regulations, in accordance with Regulation No. (1013) of 2022 for organizing the affairs of basic and secondary education, issued by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

The Ministry also confirmed that the educational process is proceeding according to the approved academic plan, pursuant to the decision of the Minister of Education No. (1077) of 2025, regarding the determination of academic schedules and exams for all educational stages for the 2025-2026 academic year.
