The International Federation of Football History & Statistics has awarded the head coach of the Spanish national football team, Luis de la Fuente, the prize for the world’s best coach for the second consecutive year.
De la Fuente won the world’s best coach award for the year 2025 according to the International Federation of Football History & Statistics after accumulating 136 points. De la Fuente has led the Spanish national team through 37 official matches, winning thirty of them, drawing four, and losing only three matches.

The coach of the Portuguese national team, Spaniard Roberto Martínez, came in second place with 83 points, while the Argentine Lionel Scaloni, coach of the Argentine national team, came third with 59 points.
Ståle Solbakken, coach of the Norwegian national team, was found in fourth place with 48 points, followed by the German Thomas Tuchel, coach of the English national team, in fifth with 41 points. Meanwhile, Didier Deschamps placed sixth after collecting thirty points, and Walid Regragui, coach of the Moroccan national team, came seventh with 25 points.
