Tripoli, December 23, 2025 – The President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed al-Menfi, received a congratulatory message on Tuesday from His Excellency the President of the Republic of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa, on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of Libya’s independence.

In his message, President Ramaphosa expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Presidential Council and to the Libyan people on this national occasion, wishing the State of Libya continued progress, prosperity, and stability.
