Benghazi, February 5, 2026 – The Anti-Illegal Immigration Agency branch in Shahat deported 26 illegal migrants of Egyptian nationality through the Amsaad land crossing, in accordance with established legal procedures.
Furthermore, the agency’s branch in the city of Derna deported 110 illegal migrants of Bangladeshi nationality, who were apprehended while attempting to migrate illegally via the Libyan coasts. Among them were individuals subject to security restrictions.
These individuals were transferred to the main Benghazi branch of the Anti-Illegal Immigration Agency to complete the procedures for their deportation to their home countries. This is part of the agency’s efforts to combat illegal immigration and enhance public security.
